Refund policy

We accept returning of a product and provide refund for the same only if the product is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect in it. You can also exchange it for any other product. The choice is yours. In case you choose the exchange option for defective items we will bear the shipping charge up and down.

A clear unboxing video covering the whole parcel in frame is required to claim any return / exchange / refund. Without the video the return or refund cannot be claimed.
The items you are returning must be unwashed, and unused. There is no return/ Refund provided in case of size issues. So kindly check the size chart before placing your orders.
But we can provide exchange of items for size issues and in that case shipping charge must be paid by you for both returning and shipping of the new parcel. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items.
