•    We usually dispatch the orders on the same day of order placement or the next day. In few cases of customisation of product it takes extra time depending on the work to be done.
•    All orders sent outside Tamil Nadu is through Registered Parcel (India Post). If you require faster delivery through courier (reliable tracking) , Kindly message us in whatspp 9994225085 once you place your order.
•    Through India post (Registered Parcel):
o    Delivery is usually within 2-5 working days within Tamil Nadu, subject to postal norms. And 3-6 working days for Karnataka, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh. For rest of India it takes 4-7 working days. In some cases, delivery may take from 7-10 days depending on the delivery location, climatic conditions and accessibility.
o    Tracking is less reliable compared to courier
•    Through DTDC:
o    Delivery is usually within 1-3 working days within Tamil Nadu, subject to courier company norms. And 2-4 working days for Karnataka, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh. For rest of India it takes 3-5 working days. In some cases, delivery may take from 7-10 days depending on the delivery location, climatic conditions and accessibility.
o    Tracking is more reliable and regular updates compared to India post
•    Orders placed over the weekend and public holidays will be processed on the following workday.
